block your throttle body coolant

I put over a 100miles a day on my s2000 in the seattle area, if anyone has visited they know how bad trafic is now. Most of the driving is stop and go, my heat soak issues were very bad so I was looking for some fixes. Its been 3 years now, this mod reduced the severity of my heat soak to the point of almost non igzistant compared to what I was experiancing before, I would also assume that my custom ram air intake has helped to reduce the problem once moving again. I have noticed my car in the winter takes a few minutes longer to warm up but has never been a problem with idle or other eratic behavor I would associate with this mod to consider removing the bearings. Seattle is farely mild in the winter compared to some locations so this is a consideration. There are no bad side effects in my experiance and only possitive can accure for the trouble it takes to do the mod. The isolation gasket talked about will do more of course and with the added install pain in the ass to go with it. I would like to do this mod but with my problem almost non igsistant now its not worth the trouble to me. I Wonder if the guys knocking this mod have had bad heat soak issues and have actualy tried this for themselfs?

Can someone re-post the origional link to this thread? I cannot seem to be able to pull up the link and pictures that were with it origionally. I want to know exactly what hose it is that I am going to plug off.
Thanks.
Thanks.

I just put a hose that takes the coolant input tube and connected it directly to the tube going back to the block.
as in i connected the two black hardlines on the left to each other.
