Bleeding the clutch. What fluid to use?

Good to know. Im gonna flush it right before winter....probably next month.

I dont like to keep any fluids in my car for long periods.

To clarify what I said, ATE will work fine. The water absorbtion will compromise the boiling point, but that will have no effect on the clutch as it does not get hot enough (no where NEAR hot enough) to make any different on the boiling point.

However, it does need to be changed over more often, it's more expensive than any DOT3 fluid, and works no better than the DOT3 fluid.

Do a gravity bleed, remove the slave cylinders mounting bolts turn it to one o'clock with your clear plastic tube in the bleeder and your good to go.
