Default Bleeding Brakes - Which Flange do I losen?

Hi All,

This probably is a dumb question but I figured I'd ask before I possibly break something. I have a wilwood BBK and there are 2 flanges per bleeder and 4 bleeders total per caliper. I've read you only have to bleed the top two (I'll be doing all 4 since I'm swapping fluid out) but no one says which flange I losen to get fluid to come out. See picture below:

Do I losen the black screw or the brass flange?

Thanks!
