Not always the case...
On the S, yes.
Although some cars w/ ABS have special bleeding procedures.

I also have a fluid feeder that automatically keeps the master cylinder full as I bleed the wheel cylinders. Griots garage had it, but I think it is discontinued. It takes longer to get the car up and the wheels off than it does to bleed the brakes using this system. My set-up is overkill to bleed one car every two years, but since I began tracking the car I have been flushing 5 or 6 times a year. I also seem to be flushing the brakes on every S within a 50 mile radius now that the word is out that I have the equipment. I enjoy helping my fellow "Sers".
