Default BilStein PSS Coils to tight to adjust

Hello,

I recently purchased some bilstein PSS coils from a member here on s2ki and a local member VietStylezz helped me out yesterday putting installing these yesterday(Thanks Again). After we got the bilsteins in we tried to adjust the Left front coilover first but the bottom and top perch I think you would call? It seemed to be seized and we couldn't get them to budge. Granted these coils didn't come with the spanner wrenches but he did have some that fit the grooves but even with wd-40, torque wrench, cleaned out the rust with a wire brush, even flat head with a towel didn't work. Now i'm reading online and I see people have used PB blaster and I do plan on purchasing that and the wrenches specific to the Pss coils but I wanted to know what if you had a past experience with this situation, what did you do? The coils are great and I can tell the difference and the previous owner had these set on close to OEM height which doesn't bother me but I would like to go lower as I've seen on other post by members who have about a 1 finger gap.
I didn’t take pictures of the coils inside the car but this is the post where I bought them from and they look exactly like that but in my s2000 now. Thanks for the help!
