Would you see any differnce on a dyno with these pulleys? If so how much drivetrain loss would you get back. Anyone dyno these pulleys?

These pulleys should have a similar (yet smaller) effect on a dyno as a light weight flywheel. The acceleration benefit will be greater in lower gears, and the engine will rev quicker in neutral. It should be easier to rev match.

Did Rick's make any out of 7075 alum. Going polished with 6061 would not be good.

I never tried regular anodization...skipped straight to hard anodized for wear purposes. With hard anodize clear it is not shiny alum color but more of a silverish color like shown

6061 polished showed major signs of wear under 1000 miles on the waterpump and idler pully. 7075 should cure this since it has a much stronger surface strength but is twice as much in material cost.

Evo - The project is coming along pretty good...almost there. Just taking forever but I guess it wouldn't be called a project if it was quick and cheap. I got the engine back from AEBS and it is in the car now. The diff is currently out get beefed up with new parts. Got a big brake kit which forced me to buy different wheels to accommodate them. Have to get everything back together and rolling soon because I am scheduled to get the car repainted in 2 weeks (nothing crazy just stock color with 4 coats of PPG clear) ChrisB needs to hurry up and dyno his car. I want him to break the 500HP mark so I don't have spend anymore $$$ to get there Next time I am getting a Viper that comes stock with 500 ponies. This type of project takes alot out of ya. So much time (and money) is invested to get everything done right. I see the light at the end of the tunnel though. I will give ya a call tomorrow so you can tell me your latest "secret" go fast goody.
