Like Takashi I found the Castrol Syntrans smoothed out my gearshift quite significantly. This is compared with new Honda fluid, not old stuff. It's still not perfect though.
In the shop where I usually go, in their Castrol price list, they have Castrol TAF-X 75W90 synt oil GL4/5 and Castrol Syntrax synt oil GL5, there is'nt a Syntrans 75W85, I think the first should be ok?
(probably european Castrol catalogue is different from the american or the australian)

Naishou the transmission fluid expert, I highly support your comments. Besides, gotta use that stuff to know it's good. No point speaking about it. Anyway, if you guys can't find it over anywhere in the world. It costs USD$12 approximately for 1 litre and it's sold in 6 litre packed boxes. Everytime when you change, you need about 1 and 3/4 litres to fill it up.
