Are you aware that you can ADD OIL to the engine if you are low? You don't have to remove all your oil and fill an empty engine.
of course i know i can top it off haha
but every time i top it off by like a quart or two the oil gets SO dirty.

well i think it kinda is.... correct me if im wrong a fresh oil change is 5 quarts with a little extra. When i drive 1000 miles or so 2-3 quarts are gone. And i dont think 2-3 quarts just disappear, it condense and makes the oil thick and full of sludge. So i would rather get fesh oil change haha.

You can tell yourself whatever you want. You won't be right anytime soon though.
The oil isn't turning into sludge, it's burning in your motor and coming out the exhaust in the form of black smoke.
I used to burn a quart per 1000 miles with Mobil 1. I kept it topped off and ran 7500 miles between oil changes. I sent my oil to the lab and it was fine.

I believe he's implying that's not what happens when you burn oil. Of course, he adds a healthy dose of sarcasm.
Engines "burn" oil primarily this way: Oil gets past the rings into the combustion chamber where they are exposed to the cylinder combustion. Some of the oil is burned, producing soot due to inefficient combustion of long hydrocarbons. Some of the oil remains unburnt, and either atomizes or vaporizes and escapes with the exhaust gas.
Yes, some of the soot gets past the rings and back into the oil causing the oil to turn black. But soot particles are extremely small (around 1 micron) and don't do much harm since dispersants in the oil keep them suspended and they're not abrasive. Lots of soot will eventually agglomerate, but that takes a lot of miles on a gasoline engine (less on a diesel engine).
You're implying that oil carmelizes like butter in a frying pan - that's not the case. Oil starts to sludge up primarily when it becomes acidic through oxidation and nitration. But there are additives in your oil that keep your oil healthy until the alkaline reserves are depleted. That takes lots of miles, depending on driving habits and other issues.
If you really want to know how bad your oil is, get a used oil analysis done.
