Best clutch/flywheel set up for FI?

ACT ... how much are they ??? do they last long ?

stock is a re-badged ACT.

I can tell you that a lot of FI owners have the ACT Pressure Plate/OEM disc/Comptech flywheel combo. My car is not FI yet and that's the setup I have - recommended by many FI friends.

The ACT disc (not the puck style) is pretty much the same as the OEM disc. The OEM disc is a great product and works well with a lot of applications.

The ACT pressure plate is much better than stock.

My first aftermarket clutch setup was the Mugen PP, Toda FW, and OEM disc. That setup slipped pretty bad with less than 2500 miles on it in my N/A car.
