D Duty - scary story for sure. I'm so glad it is working out well for you. I also have to agree with you, I have a 7+ years relationship with my Honda dealer and they are fantastic. I suspect if it were me at my dealer I too would be getting the same great support. But as we have both seen, lots of people around here are just not getting this level of service from their dealers, and that is too bad. So much for "independently owned and operated"...
There is a guy in the Toronto region that has low compression in #4. The dealer has blamed that on an over rev, and he, like you can not recall anything like this happening. Very weird. I can't wait to hear what the dealer tells him. The big difference in his story is the difference in mileage, his is very low.
