Bent metal under my car?
Hey guys, so I don't exactly know how to describe this but I jacked up my car the other day and looked under and near the jack points, there is a piece of metal that runs all the way from the front to the back, it's not the actual jack point but it connects to that...anyways, that piece is slightly bent, it looks like someone tried to jack the car up from here or bottomed out or something. I am just wondering if this is something I should be worried about. Car has a clear title and has not been in any accidents if that helps anything.
Edit: Thinking a bit more here, it is pushed in, towards the car, in two places. The car is also lowered so I am thinking the previous owner tracked the car, spun it, and it bottomed out or something close to that. The bend is not bad by any means, it just has me a bit freaked.
My question is, should I be worried? Is there anything that this piece of metal is connected to? Can I just hammer it straight?
