I'm guessing it's like the oil filters, they bid it out every few years to different manufacturers cause Bando was a supplier at one point and there are multiple part number iterations for the belt.

I'm gonna say you'd rather have a Gates belt, but that's because I work for Gates 
For serpentine systems, they're all pretty equivalent these days as long as you don't go super cheap Dayco or something.
