Ball Joint puller?

i used a pickle fork and had no problems. little bit of grease came out of the ball joint boot but that was it.

So does the Mad Rabbit pull the ball joint without ripping the boot? I spent $70 on new boots for the front when replacing the brakes. After using the pickle fork.

The Mad Rabbit looks similar to the Honda tool. The Honda tool looks like that can replace the open side with differant sizes. I am sure that is why it worked so well.

Thanks to everyone who replied. i should have the diff in later today.
