Default Balancing flywheel/PP assembly

I am currently replacing my clutch with OEM parts. Do I need to get the flywheel/pressure plate assembly balanced together before re-assembly? Or do the parts come pre-balanced from the factory? I can see the pressure plate only fits up one way.

I have all new components:
Flywheel w/ new pilot bearing
Pressure Plate
Clutch Disc
Throw out bearing

Normally they are installed as is as the balance is close enough for those components.

Both are balanced independently.
The PP with rivets and the FW with drilled holes.
And IMO the need to be at 9000 / 8000 rpm.
These are an ACT PP - basicaly an OEM PP with a stronger spring and a Comptech FW.
