104K. The Mobil 1 was only three weeks old but looked a bit murky when it came out. Since I have no record of the first 50K miles of this cars life, and the fact that it got a new motor at 50K, makes me think the car was abused early on and I may start to see those things now...

It was definitely abused. I got 180,000 miles on my original diff and no problems.

Great..makes me worry about the tranny.. hopefully that holds up for me. I figured 104K was too early for the diff to go, especially since I never launch the car and take good care of it. At least I know what the issue is now..
