Bad valve adjustment

It's funny because after working at a few shops and seeing the quality of the majority of the people there, I'm surprised these places don't get sued into bankruptcy more often. Don't get me wrong, there's always a few people at shops that are amazing technicians, and with cars they're familiar with they literally have god hands. Those people are rare, mostly because those are the people that end up opening their own shops, then they hire people since they have to run the business instead of fix cars, and then the quality goes down.
The S2000 is a Honda, but it's not a regular Honda, almost all the parts are completely unique to this car, so care has to be taken when working on it, for the simple fact that replacement parts are getting harder to come by.
