Default Bad Idle, No vtec, And Positive Crank pressure

I cant seem to figure out some problems with my S. I had the motor rebuilt last summer after oil starvation and ever since then its been running well. Recently I noticed the car had a good amount of positive crank pressure (i can feel air being blown hard out of the valve cover when i have the oil cap removed). However, even with the crank pressure the car still pulled hard and felt good. I did a compression test and the numbers came back 223, 225, 228, and 225, so i have ruled out oil rings as the problem. even with the pcv valve completely removed, there is still a good amount of pressure coming out of the oil cap hole, i mean really enough to feel.

Now i started having a new issue. P1259 clicked on and cuts me out of vtec. I feel the fuel cut a 6k rpm. The weird thing is that it clicks on at idle, and if i reset the code it come back 2 minutes later. I have also developed a stalling idle, on some days its worse than others, noticeably worse on hot days. I changed the plugs which fixed the idle for a day, but now the idle is again starting to act up. sometimes it idles fine, other times it will idle as low as 200 rpm and sometimes the car will just die when I come to a stop.

the car is mostly stock with just headers and an intake filter. i had a test pipe but i put the stock cat back on a couple of weeks ago. Most of the people who were having p1259 issues have vafc's or emanages, but my car is still on the stock ecu and i cant understand why it is acting up.

Please dont tell me to check my oil, because i do that about once a day. I have cleaned the vtec solenoid screen. I will be getting a leakdown on monday to help identify the positive crank pressure but i doubt it will solve my p11259 or idle issues.

Please help! thanks
