Mods cutoff is 100% fine. The cutoff on the s2k projectors bow down to the right very slightly so it might look like he needs to bring down his passenger side a little but in reality it is level with the driver's side. Just look at the two points in the cutoff. The picture you posted shows a completely different kind of projector.
