Couple quick pictures of the cut off line. Is it supposed to have that double "bump" in the cutoff line?
A little more pronounced than in the pictures.

This is the old bad hid bulb I removed.
Does it looks to be oem? Definitely been in there since 65k miles until 165k miles so if not oem lastd quite a long time.

Sounds good. Thanks guys! Glad I don't have to pull both fender liners again haha. Only have about 5 hours of use on them at most. Can't wait to see them after some more hours are put on them!

for the most part dont worry about it,,....
you can change what is directly in front of the car by aiming the lights up or down, the general rule is the top of the right cut off should be 2 inches below the center of the headlight at 25ft from the wall. you will notice you will get more foreground light if you are lower than that , less if its aimed up more. Usually people who dont need distance will aim them lower(driving lots in the city) but i stick to the "rule"

and as for the old bulbs that you took out, its hard to tell since they are used, the salts in them will be the defining factor but as you can see they are burned, most likely the oem philips 85122s though
