What does your cutoff look like? Is it normal looking? If your cutoff is fine done waste your time trying to take the bulbs back out.

The sides look normal but in the middle the bump or part where it goes up a little bit is like doubled slightly.

Ah ok, well if your cutoff doesn't look right then you need to reseat your bulbs. Check the cutoff before you put your bumper back on next time

Hard to see in the daylight. I don't air the bumper off. I find it easier going in through the wheel wells.

I'll check them again later this week.

If its like mine then try switching them from side to side. The people are an hid forum told me to do that and it worked. I swear I seated the bulbs exactly the same way when I reinstalled mine and solved my problem.

They don't fail ...they just lose lumes(light output)....after 2000 hours they are about 50% of their prime brightness
