The only mods u really can do to improve gas mileage are weight reduction and areodynamics. Since the factory designs the intake system to maximize fuel economy if u put the stock intake back on u might be able to get a little more mileage out of ur tank. But ur fuel consumption sounds pretty normal.

Why would an aftermarket exhaust reduce fuel economy?
I imagine that reliability and low cost are very important considerations for the factory intake. I don't see why an aftermarket intake would hurt fuel economy.
