1)Don't warm up the car at idle. Drive it and take it easy.

2)Although unlikely, check for a leaky or improperly seated injector.

what mileage does your car have? A culprit of a sudden drop in mpg are O2 sensors

Don't forget the that rolling resistance of a tire may have increased due to the air temperature drop; rubber tends to stiffen up as the temperature drops. Might want to also check the air pressure of each tire since it decreases with air temperature too, also causing the tire's rolling resistance to increase.

Pretty sure it was from the cold warming up and the worse winter blend gas. Haven't driven it in the past week or so due to weather to see if it changed or anything but pretty sure that was the issue.

Odd. I just filled up and got 26.5mpg. So I started at 26ish, then dropped to 21-23 for a few tanks, now I'm back up to 26ish. idk what caused those few tanks to be significantly less.

Not sure what your point is quoting a study from the American Coalition for Ethanol on ethanol usage. The corn lobby is going to be biased as heck, especially since even al gore has backtracked now. That is like quoting a Nazi study on eugenics.
