Default Is this a bad Ball joint?

So I just went on a small road trip in the S2000 and I noticed a new problem.
When im driving slow or slowing down there is a clicking noise coming from the right front wheel. It happens about every rotation of the wheel. Also a few times when I hit a bump or turned hard I heard a louder noise from the same area that almost sounds like the wheel hitting the fender or the car bottoming out.
Is this a bad ball joint? If so how hard is it to replace and what parts do I need to order

I am getting the same sound from mine when turning left/right, this would make me believe its the tie rods needing replacing. I get the noise from the rear too when I sit in the car, and its not the rear axle nut because I replaced bearing/hub and torqued the nut to at least 300lbs. I noticed when trying to tighten the control arms back on the rear knuckle, the ball joints where spinning making it impossible to tighten, so I had to apply pressure to get it to tighten. So I would def say its the ball joints. On the control arms, there is no replacing those, just replacing the whole control arm. As for the rest, its not too expensive. They ball joints just need to be pressed in and out of the knuckle. There are tools to rent to do so. Otherwise taking off the rear knuckle is a bit more work

Only way to check a ball joint is to raise it up and force it in both directions and look for play.

With that, it definitely does NOT sound like a ball joint issue.

I raised it up and tried to move the wheel around, it had no play. Also I rotated the wheel while it was in the air and there was no noise coming from it.
