Default axle question?

I have an 02 ap1 it has 25k on the clock.... I did lower the car 1 1/4" all around and recently I've notice some vibration in the rear nothing to crazy yet but it does vibrate when I'm driving slow in a high gear....

So my question is should I get spacers like everyone has been telling me or should I just buy new axles nd how much will they cost if I buy new ones

Axle spacers are useless they wont fix anything. Get a proper alignment first and see if the condition changes. ANY time you take apart, move, or change suspension components it is mandatory to do an alignment. Unless you like buying tires

Did the noise start after you lowered it? And how did you lower it, springs or coilovers?

most likely pitting in the cv buckets. swap them around and you should be good to go.
i had the same issue which was solved by switching the cv cups (left-right). no more vibrations
most s2k's will experience this some time or the other.
