Harmless wow. Its a bendix issue, I know it is. Your not going to destroy the flywheel in a couple days but weeks of abuse sooner or later is going to take its toll. I'm not a mechanic but dealt with the issue, when I picked up my starter the parts manager at Honda asked how long this was happening because he was concerned about the flywheel.
