Default Average Oil Conspumtion between oil changes

Hey,
Very soon i will be purchasing an S2000. My question is how much oil is normal for the s2000 to burn. I know vtec motors sometimes burn oil but how much is normal? I used to burn a little bit maybe a half a quart in my Type R but i would beat on it a decent amount. Any info would be appreciated thanx alot peace.

It varies. Some people never have to add oil to their motors, and others are adding quarts between every change. As for me, i always seem to find myself adding about 1/2 quart between every oil change. But it mainly depends on how you drive the car

Yep. I've gone through oil changes without the need to add oil and I have also gone through changes where it needed almost a quart...just depends how you drive.

like seen many times before...honda says 1 quart per every 1k miles is acceptable. does seem like a lot, but i have definitley gone through that much on spirited drives in my old ap1.

I typically add about 3/4 quart Mobil 1 every 5000 miles. But, the elbow for the oil line to my SC is dripping a bit so I'm losing a bit of oil as I drive.

Check the oil level every time you get gas. Oil consumption can vary widely, even with the same car, so even if you don't have any usage between changes you need to check it regularly. A sudden jump in consumption isn't something you want to overlook.

Yesterday I changed engine oil.
It was in there for 10812 km (6757.5 m)
During those km's I used 4.5 liters of oil to keep the level up.
That makes 1 liter every 2403 km.

This is a Honda that may use oil.
So check it at every fuel fill up as the manual (you may soon own too )suggests.
