app sensor direct fit in pedal .

No. Why would you want to do that?
Honda designed it the way they did for a reason. They already had a cable pedal design, cable routing through firewall, etc. Much easier with a preexisting xable operated design to leave cable in place and put apps sensor in engine bay.
Moving it to pedal would require fabbing mounts, wiring to deal with, and most difficult fabbing a means for pedal to operate a rotational sensor.
Pedal goes up and down, sensor goes round and round.
Honda only sells the whole assembly for like $150, even though apps sensor is only part likely to go bad. But you can buy an aftermarket apps for about $25, and with careful fitting, make it work.
I wrote a diy thread on aftermarket apps install and tweaking it to work.

Gotta love made up abbreviations. What the heck is an "app sensor?" Something for an iPhone?
