Long story short, I noticed my CMC leaking/black fluid/muddy buildup and was planning to change it. I went over a speed bump and my pedal completely went to the floor (didn't hear any sound) and wouldn't go to any gear. I can still turn on the engine with it going to the floor. I tried to start the engine with it in 1st gear, it made a horrible grinding sound so I turned it off right away. I replaced my CMC and bled it, pedal feels squishy and doesn't go to the floor anymore but feels like there is air. Started the car and still wouldn't go to any gears. With the engine off, I can smoothly go into gear.

Should I replace my slave cylinder? Could my slave cylinder not giving enough pressure? Is there a way to check if it's bad? I am going to gravity bleed it like the way Billman says.

Any thoughts appreciated. This happened 2 weeks ago, I haven't had much free time.

Sounds like you have air in the system and/or need to adjust master more.

Hmm I will try to bleed it again. I ran out of daylight. I know I still have air.
