^Way to read. He wasn't driving the car but I am sure he will forward your comment to who was driving. Either way not a very helpful post.
OP Get the head pulled and see what the damage is. STOP trying to start the car cause you could just be causing more damage. Also the cost shouldn't be as expensive as Andersonracing said. Basically if there is enough damage to the bottom end you are better off buying a used engine and swapping that it. If its just the head a machine shop should be able to repair and replace the valve train. If you don't have a local hook up for parts PM Enjoy Racing on here for help. They may also be able to help with a refurbished head. Anyways look in your local subforum for help and shop recommendations. Someone may be able to help you pull the head as well to save the labor cost.

Hopefully you get lucky and just bent a valve! If the cyl walls are not messed up from dropping a valve (which you could prob see from the top if it was missing or not), you could prob pick up a used head for a reasonable price. You could also check into the possibility of just replacing the valve train and maybe getting the head rebuilt. Altough nowadays it would prob be cheaper to just pick up used parts from an S that someone wrapped around a pole! Good luck to you
If I say prob one more time, I may stab myself in the neck with a fork! My Bad....
