Default Ap1 Clutch case problems

I did a clutch job almost 2k miles ago, a week ago I started hearing a rattle and my shifting was notchy and not going into gear. Checked the clutch fork and it was really loose, also noticed the slide for the clutch bearing was off the clutch case. Took everything apart, and 2 bolts holding the slide were off and one was cut in half. Leaving the other half in the hole. I;m confident I torqued everything down to spec but that does not seem to be the case because these bolts backed themselves out. I tried extracting the bolt but have now created a bigger issue, threads in the hole are toast and the bolt is still in their. My question is:
Can I replace the clutch housing? Just removing the few bolts and I believe there is a C.Clip inside, can I remove in this orientation and just pull up? Or will the transmission need to be taken apart for that?
Other option is keep drilling an tap in new threads.

It looks like you are going to need to retap. Helicoil or some similar kit.

Sorry.

{edit: is it possible to post larger file photos?} Thanks!

Remove the broken bolt with a mig welder. Any good machinist will have the bolt out in 3 minutes.
