4-6 screws under the hood, one in each wheelwell... and 6-10 along the bottom of the bumper.... then just pop it out of the clips under the headlights....
There is a FAQ around here that tells how to do it....

I don't bother with the bumper, I can get to my filter just by removing the bottom bumper cover. Five bolts and you can bend the cover down, then I pull the filter, clean it and put it back.
I usually do this during an oil change in the fall and another one in the spring.
One of the reasons why Honda will not honor an extended warranty has to do with the engine ingesting dirt from congested filters. That is what I got from a Honda Service manager and why I canceled my extended warranty right after I bought the policy.
Did not want to run into any denial of coverage issues. That is why I clean the filter more frequently than needed. I also got a better filter, I think a K&N which is constructed more solidly than the AEM.
My car came with the Cold Air Intake installed by the previous owner.
