anyone using the vafc without the harness?

just wondering if anyone is going without the harness? if so can you post the pics of your ecu with everything wired in?

There are people with it installed directly into the loom, but for $150 are you really going to cut up your wiring?

I wired mine directly. There aren't enough wires to justify the $120 expense. Would you buy a $120 harness to install an aftermarket stereo?

I have also heard complaints about how difficult it is to get all the wires to fit behind the kick panel. If the wires have to be tightly packed behind the panel, how is that going to be any more reliable?
