Simple solution. Take the xbrace and rear tie bar off the car drive around and see if it still makes the noise. If it does then you know it's not the spoon products. If it doesn't the reinstall tightening everything down properly and see if it does it again.

I took them off today. I can only heard really little noise. But after I reinstalled them, the noise was coming back again more louder. I dont really know why, and my car didnt get into any big accident before.

old thread, but anyone hear a lot of noise after x brace install? it sounds like metal clanking sound, i can make it go away and come back by just pushing on the v-tec solenoid slightly it's coming from the passenger side, under the exhaust manifold. weird..... what could it be? everything is torqued down to spec

Sounds like a rub to me. If not then two thoughts. I wonder what a stiff bushing would do to the noise problem. And, is the surface of the brace fitting flat onto the car body. If the fit is poor then the correct torque won't solve the problem. Large and tight surface area contact = low noise. I might even consider an adhesive to aid in making a tight connection. Many adhesives are durable yet also removable.
