Anyone Replaced A Rear UCA?
I've tried searching, and was just about to pm someone who was talking about having replaced his rear upper control arms, but I realized the thread was from 2006, and he hadn't signed onto this site since october of last year lol.
Has anyone replaced a rear upper control arm? How involved is it? I have all the basic tools, and an empty driveway. I understand that I will need to re-align the car afterward.
Is this something that two people can tackle in the driveway? Anything I should know before I go at it? I'm not sure whether I'll have to decompress/remove the spring...?
I'm not a complete noob, but am by no means an expert, just looking for some insight on this or whether I should just pay someone to do this for me.
Thanks guys, hope this topic is relevant here, otherwise I'll make my way to the suspension forum

You'll need a way to pop the upper ball joint from the rear hub. Be sure to have cotter pin, jack stands, jack, assorted sockets. Have you ever installed coilovers or springs? If you can tackle that job, this one won't be much trouble.
