Default Anyone know what part this is?
Anyone know what the black box above the coolant overflow tank is? I've been trying to think of what it can be and I just don't know lol.

Pre-2006 Cruise Control has a "box" about there with a mechanical cable to the throttle. '06 and later have nothing there (see the photo above).

BTW we have no idea what year S2000 you have...
like he said, electronic cruise control solenoid/actuator.

Looks like the original poster has disappeared. Anyhow, I copped a photo of the AP1 cruise control box position. For anyone who wants to know.

AP1 has a mess of stuff over on that side. It's all designed to hide the top starter bolt.
