Anyone have success tuning your Vortech Supercharger with Emanage?
Just wondering anyone got good tunes from the emanage for the Vortec or Comptech supercharger.
The emanage controls injectors and fuel maps right? How bout timing? Does it overide the MAP sensor as well to avoid CEL and keep the car smog legal? Thanks.

Well not Vortech, but Comptech.
The E-manage can do V-AFC like fuel adjustment by modifying the MAP signal. But it has much more details (16x16) maps based on RPM and throttle position (when tuned using the Support Tool).
It also has maps to overdrive the injectors based on RPM and boost/MAP.
And then it has ignition timing maps based on boost and RPM.
It also has the voltage clamp facility but it can be set a different levels with regard to RPM (not that I've done it).
And it can change the VTEC point.

Will it throw a CEL and will it still be smog legal?
What would be the major adjustment advantage using an AEM over the Emanage?
Auto fine tuning from a wideband O2 and datalogging?
Thanks.

Thanks for the info. I already have the AEM EMS and Wideband still Brand New. I am somewhat inclined to sell it due to financial difficulties because of an injury sustained last year.
Just like you, I don't have money growing on trees neither thus I don't have the supercharger yet. After talking to my good friend, he convinced me to get the EMS last year just to play with it before the FI comes into the car so I can be more familiar in tuning it.
Again thanks for your insight.

Iv'e got an e-manage, 440cc RC's, AEM fuel pressure regulator, and a AEM Wideband. Unfortnately I have not installed everything yet. I hopefull that I can get decent drivablity out of this setup. If you already own the EMS, Keep it, It is a better solution. Especially if you have a qualified tuner to set up the base maps. One of the factors in my purchase was the down time of setting the EMS up. I just couldn't afford it.
