Found this on an oem honda website. I put it for 2001 for you just incase the parts change from year to year. I think the part your looking for is number 4 on the diagram. If you search around different oem websites you may be able to find them cheaper.

I think ive seen an aftermarket set of adjustable rear upper ball joints before. Not to sure about the lower set though.

called the crooks at the dealership. dude's saying that the upper arm and the "tie rod" as he put it, don't come seprate from the ball joints. meaning that i can't just buy the ball joints from them and i'd have to spend $350 for upper a-arm and "tie rod."
