Stratocaster is part of Rick's organization and as he's indicated in his post, you should have your friend contact them by email. Since it is your friend who is the end user and actual customer, you may not have any legal rights to act on your friend's behalf in this transaction and any conversations between you and Rick is meaningless.

FYI, the customer has been contacted. In the future lets do this.

1. E-mail us, the e-mail address can be found on our web site. This is always the fastest way to get to us.
2. If you call on Friday @ 5:56 PM PST and don't hear from us, don't worry. It is the weekend.
3. We have real jobs that gets the bulk of our 9-5 time, so most call backs happen after hours.
4. If you have having an issue with a product, please include your order number.

And last but not least, in all communications leave your name and phone number clearly. We can't call anyone back if either item is not part of the message. We do call them, but end up looking stupid asking for "I don't know his name" and it is a general office number. Don't laugh, happened twice today.
