Default anyone DIYed KW3 coils?

Searched but either no pics or not enough details.
So I bought a set of KW3 coilover from GTMotoring
After aging it in my room for few.... months, I think it's about time to install...
I bought all the extra parts since I didn't want to disassemble stock suspension.
KW3 came with a crappy instruction and I need help...

I believe this is how it should be assembled but just wanted to make sure...
are all the parts in right order? Do I need to add/take out a part from the picture?
Also, the coils came with two small nuts on each ... not like the stock nut holding the top housing. Do I need to use both the nuts to be torqued down or what?

If you live near norther NJ/NYC area and can lend me a hand/tools to do install, I would really appreciate... or any help...

There is a DIY in the DIY FAQ. Look on the 2nd page for a diagram. Unfortunately, looks like the photos may be gone...but the diagram is there.

Thanks.
found a diagram for top hat.

Seems like I got everything... but do I need #14 in the diagram?
Can I still use stock bolt for the top #18 or do i have to use two nuts that came with coils?

#9 is a rubbery thing that goes inbetween top housing and KW3's purple plastic top... so you need #9 for sure...
Did you also get #14?... Do I need this part?.... anybody

Yes you need #14. I have the V3's on mine also. I bought all new OE Honda parts as well. Installed last Aug.

#14 prevents the rubber bushing from getting too torn up.
