Default Anyone could help me please car making unwanted sound

When I reverse and 1st gear gas without braking I could hear a clunk and I could hear it too when it bog. The car makes a hiss sound whenever I start driving and it's coming from the driver side mostly but could be on both side of the car maybe from the rear I'm not sure. I could hear the hiss sound loudly when I drive next to a wall or something that could bounce back the sound it's making. Here are some videos I've recorded if anyone could help me please

You need to give more information.

What year, mileage mods are on the car? Is the hissing a constant thing? Is the clunking a constant thing? i.e. doesn't matter what gear you're in, cruising, under load, etc? Are you sure the hissing is an actual hissing sound or is it a maybe a scraping/light grinding noise (can't really tell from the vids)? Is the hissing connected with the clunking noise or are they two separate issues? Based on the vids, they appear/sound to be at different ends of the car. Did they occur at the same time or did one appear first and then the other? Any drivability issues with either noise? Any recent work done or accidents that could have caused this or did it just happen out of the blue? What led up to these noises occurring?

Thanks for your reply. Car has 158k. KN Intake and Header. Yes, the hiss has been on the car before I bought it and it’s like a metal on metal grind sss sound it still there even if I’m in neutral. When I’m in gear and left off gas especially in lower gear I could hear a grind but don’t know where it’s coming from. The clunk occur when it bog and when I reverse and go 1st gear gas without brake. It sounded and felt like a metal bar misaligned and being forced to position and it make a clunk sound. No accident and I bought the car already sounded like this. The car drives normal.

So to restate your problem:

The hissing noise occurs at all times irregardless of gear or loading on the car.

The clunking sound only happens when either a) it bogs from clutch/gas modulation or b) when reversing and then into first without coming to a full stop. Why was it making a clunking noise in your videos? Were you purposely moving from reverse to first?

Maybe one of the more S2000 knowledgeable folks will chime in but this all sounds transmission related. Specifically, something being misaligned or broken with the clutch assembly, throw out bearing and/or fork. Hard to say for sure, as I thought the noise was coming from the rear based on the videos but your description of the problem points to the transmission. In any case, stop driving it and take it in to be inspected. Something is way off.
