Yes, that is the K&N aircharger intake kit. Though not a common choice. If you do a search, you'd find some good results on it. Basically, it adds approximately 10 bhp at the wheels as tested by a few individual owners on dyno.

From what I have read, the K&N Aircharger sounds like a good one. It's not low to the ground, and K&N know what they are doing. I like the isolated filter box too.

I have this intake on MY03. It sound great and I believe there is a performance gain when you hit vtec, or at least there seems to be. It almost seems to rev faster in vtec.
If you go to K&N's website you have to select a MY02 or before to see the FIPK, although K&N told me that it will fit all S2000 years. It used to be called the air charger if you do a search. The part number is 57-3514.

lol, i love dyno comparisons on intakes.
When doing a dyno, the hood is popped and there is not nearly as much heat in the engine bay, so what design makes more power when you're actually driving the car, and what makes more in a dyno scenario, can be two different things.
But in the end, the diff between just 3-4hp is no worth arguing about, i'd care more for how it sounds than that
