anybody else with ripped engine mounts?

Mine is 05 with 65000km on it. The driver's side is gone so I'm thinking about getting an innovative upgrade, probably the 60s...

Anyone know the torque specs of the lower engine mount nuts (2), I can find the torque spec for the upper nut but not the lower ones despite having a shop manual.

I'm installing a cusco lower brace and a header this week so I might as well check out the mounts.
