Any ideas what this noise is? (video inside)
This strange noise that almost sounds like liquid being sucked through a tube or some sort of strange ticking that has made me very curious. The car revs fine right to redline and idles flawlessly. This noise I only hear when revving in neutral or taking off slowly from a light in first gear. It seems to disappear after 3k or so but it could be due to the fact that other engine noise drowns out the sound. I dont have any recollection when this started however the first time I noticed it was after I did my valve adjustment but it could have just been because I was paying extra close attention to the car to make sure it was running right. The car does not have any ticking at idle and I can really only hear this from inside the car. Any ideas?

Hmmmmm...Interesting about the different liquid ideas!! I am wondering if it could be trying to circulate coolant and be getting some air making that nosie. I looked and the coolant reservoir is completely empty!!! I may have lost some coolant in my many intake changes and/or valve adjustment. I could even have some air pockets within the system. The car has never went hotter than normal and has no CEL. I will top it all up tomorrow and see what if it makes a difference....does this sound like a possible situation to others?

Your air conditioning refrigerant may be low.
My guess is that it's the A/C compressor coming on and pumping refrigerant that you're hearing.
You might want to check to see if the noise happens at the same time as the A/C compressor engaging.

I'm glad you guys could tell, I couldn't even hear the noise. At least nothing that I could distinguish beyond normal road/cabin noises.
The AC made a hissing/whooshing/flushing liquid noise on my first/new S2k right from the showroom floor (and the AC worked great). It was fairly loud when the AC first turned on, then got much quieter. My Pilot does it when the AC is low on R134 as Krenath suggested. So it may be normal, it may not be. See if it doesn't come on when the AC isn't on.
FWIW it's nearly impossible to hear a fuel pump or water pump when failing. When you do, the water pump will usually squeal or rattle and the fuel pump will usually buzz or make a sickly motor sound. Not fluid sounds.
