One way to check the ground is the unclip the harness from the bracket on the firewall, just to the left of the engine (its a blue-green colored connector, just push or pull the tab to get it to release). This should allow you to pull the harness up slightly so that you can see the ground going down to the back of the head and see if its connected.

Wasn't there a thread a while ago where someone went from F20C to F22C and the crank sensors were incompatible? The engine would turn over but it wouldn't run (I think the F20C crank sensor salvaged from the old engine was incompatible with the F22C crank).
Dunno...another possibility?

What PCM ( ECU) is that? Honda ,AEM or it's Hondata? If you can't get the engine to turn over , it won't start nor run. The ground mentioned above is not for starter.

Picture stolen from another thread.
It's directly above the green VIN plate.

The computer has nothing to do with the engine not being able to crank.
usually when a starter does not have a good ground it will click just enough to energize the solenoid but will not have enough current to turn the motor over. first make sure the motor turns freely by hand. have you tried jumping the starter?? give it a good power/ground.
oh ya. if all your dash lights are on, i would check your battery before any of this.

It's true that PCM has nothing to do with cranking.
Starter ground? i think the starter grounds itself to the engine with it's mounting bolts. jumping starter terminals = bypass power.
