Any diff failures with LE-607?
As the topic asks - has anyone who has replaced their diff's fluid and gone with LE-607 had a failure? I am just doing some field engineering follow-up analysis.

Could we please restrict answers to on-topic? This post will likely take a year or two to build up, and "everything is OK" is nice and all, but I can get that report from my own experiences. It is good you are happy so far, but my intent is to see if this product is reducing failures of the S2K's weak link.
xviper - can we delete the off-topic replies?

How can you take in account hard launches or driving style?
My buddy just blew his diff, on it. 01 32k miles.
It was not run from the start, but for the past 13k miles.

My diff failed with LE in it but I don't think it had anything to do with the lubricant. My diff failure like most was not a wear issue (which is all the lubricant can prevent), but a shattered pinion. I think the direct cause on my car was the fact I used my track tires on the street and since they stick instead of slip the load on the diff was too great during one acceleration. IMO the diff (at least the MY00 part) has marginal strength for the application.

whoa....
2 shattered/failed pinions on diffs using le-607.
can we get more info on this???
cdelena, shattered pinion just for running r-comps on the street? thats not too extreme of a condition to shatter a pinion do you think?
i'm curious as to what caused negcambers failure...
