Arrow Amuse TI Dual rear veilside.....

My dreams is dead now. Freaking veilside millenium rear bumper doesn't let my Amuse Dual TI fit in the exhaust hole on the bumper. And I wanted to have them so bad . I have 2 options now, or try fibering the kit so the exhaust will fit properly, or modify the amuse to fit the bumper, problem is, don't wanna mess it up and nobody here on the island knows how to weld Titanium. So now I need to find out what filler I need if I need to TIG weld the exhaust IFFFFFF i think about modding it.
Now while i'm with the topic of amuse, will the amuse work good with a S/C? or does the exhaust have to be wider like 3"?

You must use Ti filler... but you can get away with using a different alloy as long as it is Ti.

Also, make sure you use Helium as a backing gas (run the Helium through the piping while you are TIG'ing the outside of the pipe... in addition to your regular shielding gas.

Welding Ti is not easy. Make sure you get someone who knows what they are doing first before you mess up your already beautiful in the first place exhaust!

I'd say try to modify the bumper if you can...

I know I'm running the Amuse R1000 with the Vortech S/C which is 2.75" with no cat. It seems to flow really well.

Well, i've been thinking, if I can modify the exhaust, put the flange in the correct place and send the exhuast to the US to be welded. ONly thing I need is to find a good place close like in Florida. Anyone has any info for me?

bsds2k, how much boost are you running on it? I'm aming to go +/- 18psi or less, heard the blower can make 20psi max.
Anyone think that I will have any problems if I'll use the Amuse Dual with +/-18 psi of boost?

If you go with 18psi of boost w/o internal engine work, you will have problems, but not because of the exhaust.

I'm aware i will have problems, but i'm thinking up ahead. Don't want to damage the exhaust if I can't use it when I wanna go with higher boost on a s/c. With stock internals i'll be running 11psi max. Just want to know if the exhaust is suitable for a s/c setup with higer boost in the future. Cause for a turbo it wont be good. Not to familiar with s/c yet.
