This is the single right?
most likely. only the single comes with the option of a having a resonator or not.

mav, you'll be much happier without the resonator...in terms of sound. it sounds sick!

Yes my new exhaust will be a single.

Thanks Razor, I actually looked at your video and the JDM Comparison video on s2000library.com to decide if I wanted the R1 Titan or R1000.

Tonys2kOP - I don't think it's right to jump on BP, you bought an aftermarket product with a 90 day (USA) or 1 year (Japan) warranty. If you are out of warranty it happens. Same goes for any other product, I've bought electronics that pretty much up and died after their warranty, do I blame Sony, Panasonic, etc demanding they resolve their problem? It's a lot of money, and that's the issue at hand. But you spent it and used the product shit happens. Check warranties on aftermarket car products, a lot of companies don't even have one. How do they get away with that? They write stuff like "not intended for use on public roads".

BTW, for what it's worth, I have probably the oldest Amuse R1 Ti exhaust in the US, purchased in 1999 and it has no rattle in the resonator.

I don't blame Bulletproof for this, or even Amuse, although I think Amuse may have a problem with these resonators that they should research further.

My exhaust is out of warranty so I wasn't expecting much. I asked Bulletproof to what my options are, they really stepped up and helped me out.

There are a lot of sponsors on s2ki.com now but out of these, Bulletproof and Evolution are the best.

Dan,
Excuse me for buying a premium product and being upset that it is having problems very early on in it's life. I am more knocking Amuse than BP. My only complaint with BP is that whoever I spoke to didn't seem to care at all. They were short on the phone and seemed disinterested with my problem. Then I hear that Mav worked out a deal for a new one at some kind of discounted price. You can (or at least I hope you can) see why I'm upset. If you buy a DVD player and it dies just after the warrenty (3 month or 1 year whatever), you accept it (as I have with my exhaust) but should be upset that you pay so much money for such a short life. Shit happens yes, but I demand more from things in my life. It is good your exhaust hasn't had any problems (most haven't). BP is a good company, no doubt, but I was just a little disapointed, that's all.
Thanks,
Tony

With my single Spugen Ti exhaust, I also get a little ringing noise that is when the top is up, I think the exhaust is vibrating the top...
