Amsoil 10W30 for sure. Its pretty expensive stuff (atleast here compared to most other stuff) but its worth it!

The high rpms whip up the oil and cause tiny particles to become airborne and they fly out the breather hoses in the crank case. This is why stronger PCV valves (krank vents) help reduce, or eliminate oil loss.

hmm my car doesnt semm to burn oil. i got a ap1 in march with about 55,xxx mile and it seems to be full and clean. im using ams oil so.................
my prelude use to eatup oil.............
