I totally agree. But I want to pay the money so I can see all of the TSB's for the AP2 cars! I have not seen anything (except the windshield seal) for the AP2 yet!!!
Sometimes my car does not start very easily in the morning... I want to see if it needs a reflash!!! argh...

You cold start thing may simply be your ECU having a hard time responding to any local climatic changes that may have occured recently in your area. If it continues (without you helping it with throttle input) for more than 4 to 5 cold starts, then you may have a problem. It may "learn" all by itself.

You should know by now that the S2000 ECU can't be "reflashed". (Or even flashed the first time. )
My car hasn't had any climatic changes... or anything different from the norm for that matter! But all of a sudden I get the EMS start up of 5-10 seconds... except my car does not have the EMS.
I'm just lazy and don't want to take it to the dealer to have them thrash it to tell me I am anal and that there is no problem. That was why I was interested to see about the ECM TSB.

That service bulletin is also called "01-023, Using the Honda Interface Module to Update ControlUnits/Modules." Good to know if you have the HIM and a car that supports it, but the S2000 does not so it's a non-issue for all us owners here.

Allow me a few thoughts:
#1. I have not read them that is why I threw out the question to see if anyone else has.
#2. Agreed, is there someplace in hondaworld to see these free?
#3. So this incorrect link to the ap2.... just wondering!
