Im running a 255lpm walborough pump, the one that came with the vortec kit. however, I did not do the install. the setup only has around 5000 miles on it. I just recently got the car, had it a few weeks, and I just noticed this one day, has it alwasy been there, and I just havent heard it? Or should I check it out? Ive been meaning to take it apart anyway because the idiot that installed it didnt swivel the in tank filter around, and my gas gauge doesnt read below 1/4 tank. I can only hear it with the car idiling, and with the top down, or if I listen for it. As soon as I run this tank of gas down a bit, Ill take it apart, but I'm just curious, does anyone else here their fuelpump running?

Yep You can hear it when the key turns on.....

Well, I can DEFINATLY hear it when I turn the key without the car on, but I can even here it with the car just ideling. and if i put my ear to the center console, I can REALLY hear it. this is definatly a new sound, its getting louder if nothign else.
